The location of the hotel is fantastic, being just a short walk from the famous Rialto bridge. It is also conveniently close to St Mark's Square, making it easy to explore all the main attractions of the city. The rooms are beautifully furnished and the beds are very comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. the staff are friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist guests.
The wifi can be a bit unreliable at times.

Good location, 5 min walk to the square. Helpful staff, free water taxi to Murano. Large room, acceptable WIFI speed. Average breakfast. Great location, 10 min walk to square, surrounded by shops. The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was very close to the hotspots like the Rialto bridge. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The staff at the hotel were wonderful, and the breakfast served was delicious.

I had a fantastic experience at Residenza Rivo Alto! The location was very nice, just a short walk from the main tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving me great recommendations for places to visit. The interior of the hotel was interesting and added to the overall charm. Despite a few small drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in a prime location in the heart of a beautiful Italian city on the water. The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was fantastic. The prices were reasonable and justified considering the attention to detail and the level of service provided. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The basic amenities were all provided, and I was particularly impressed with the rooms themselves. They were tastefully decorated and had a lovely view of a picturesque canal. I felt like I was living in a fairytale with the four-poster bed, exactly as shown in the photographs. Additionally, breakfast was a delightful experience. The hotel offered a good variety of options that satisfied my taste buds.
